I offer results-oriented Cognitive Therapy with an active, problem-solving approach (CBT). Together we address ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, relationship and career issues, and enhancing coping skills for ADHD.. First we discuss your issues and your strengths, then work together to achieve the changes you seek, and the life you want. To achieve goals more readily, we typically agree on new behaviors to practice during the week – then we discuss how it changed your life – and what you learned. I don’t sit back, listen and nod: we work as a team to achieve your goals. Veterans welcome.
